35 US states sue Reckitt Benckiser for anti-competitive conduct

Thirty-five US states have sued Reckitt Benckiser for allegedly using an unlawful scheme designed to prevent or delay less expensive generic versions of Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone) from entering the market.
