Foley Hoag promotes IP partner

Law firm Foley Hoag has promoted Karen Tepichin to partner, one of eight partnership appointments announced on Tuesday, December 6.

Tepichin represents pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies in strategic intellectual property transactions.

According to a statement from the firm, Tepichin has considerable knowledge of licensing and collaboration arrangements, option agreements, and material transfers.

She also assists life sciences clients in drafting and negotiating agreements involving mergers, equity purchases, tender offers, and asset acquisitions and sales.
