HGF picks partner to lead Basel office

Intellectual property firm HGF has picked current partner Mike Nelson to lead its Basel, Switzerland office.

Nelson specialises in the pharmaceutical field and has experience in patent protection for pharmaceutical products, due diligence evaluations, licence negotiations, and patent term extension.

Before joining HGF, Nelson spent 14 years  working for a pharmaceutical company.

Paul Sanderson, CEO of HGF, said: “This appointment adds further experience to our Basel team. Over the coming months we aim to make further appointments to increase our head count and commitment to this market.”
