Lewis Roca hires life sciences counsel

Law firm Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie has hired Elie Gendloff as of counsel in the firm’s IP practice group in Los Angeles.

Gendloff is a patent attorney whose practice is focused on life sciences.

He has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in areas including biotechnology, clinical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, among others.

Gendloff also has experience evaluating inventions for patentability.

He has previously worked as a research scientist in areas such as biochemistry, genetics, and molecular biology.
