Law firm McDermott Will & Emery has appointed Henrik Holzapfel as a partner in its Düsseldorf, Germany office.
Holzapfel is the first intellectual property partner to work in the Düsseldorf office.
He counsels clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, and has experience in litigating patents and providing strategic advice.
Holzapfel’s clients span a variety of industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, medicinal products, chemicals, automotive, engineering and IT.
