Merchant & Gould adds partner in Washington, DC

Law firm Merchant & Gould has hired Alireza Behrooz as a partner in the firm’s chemical and life sciences group in Washington, DC.

Behrooz joins from Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice.

He has experience in patents including licensing and post-grant proceedings. He has represented clients in the chemicals, biomedical apparatus, and green technology industries.
