Morrison & Foerster hires two new IP lawyers

David Manspeizer and Greg Chopskie have joined Morrison & Foerster’s intellectual property litigation practice group in its New York and Washington offices respectively.

Manspeizer previously worked for WilmerHale, where he was a partner in the firm’s IP litigation practice.

He has experience dealing with patent litigation, particularly for branded pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Chopskie joins Morrison & Foerster from Gilead Sciences, where he was associate general counsel, and he has experience with both domestic and international patent litigation.
