Sidley Austin hires three partners in New York

Law firm Sidley Austin has expanded its intellectual property capabilities by hiring Bradford Badke, Sona De and Ching-Lee Fukuda as partners in the firm’s New York office.

All three lawyers join from law firm Ropes & Gray.

Badke has experience in patent litigation, and has represented clients in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

De’s experience includes patent litigation before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Fukuda has represented clients before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
