BIO 2016 video interview: Shaking off the ‘old boys network’ image

Gender diversity was the topic of our next video interview.

In this clip, Carolyn Brougham, associate at law firm Gilson, Brinks & Lione and Dawn Hocevar, vice president, national business development at Biosurplas tell us that the biotechnology industry is an ‘old boys network’ and explain why there is a need for more diverse boards.

The session, called “Ensuring Inclusion - Industry efforts to improve gender diversity”, took place on the second day of the 2016 BIO International Convention in San Francisco.
