Fitzpatrick Cella promotes three litigators to partner

Law firm Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper, & Scinto will begin the New Year with three new faces in its partnership.

Michael Furrow, Daniel Minion and Christina Schwarz are all based in New York and will begin working in their new positions on January 1.

All three specialise in patent litigation, and have experience working with companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical industries.

John Kirkland, another patent litigator specialising in the life sciences sector and based in New York, will start 2015 as a counsel.
