Dechert hires life sciences partner in Frankfurt

Law firm Dechert LLP has appointed Rüdiger Herrmann as a partner in its Frankfurt office.

Herrmann assists clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medtech sectors with mergers and acquisitions, collaborations, licensing agreements, initial public offerings, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as IP matters.

He also advises on cross-border matters, including in Europe, the US, China and Taiwan.
