DLA Piper hires patent litigator in Germany
DLA Piper has hired patent litigator Philipp Cepl as a partner in its German patent practice.
Cepl, who joins from Allen & Overy, will be based in DLA Piper’s Cologne office.
He will join the firm in October, along with Kokularajah Paheenthararajah, who joins as senior associate.
Cepl focuses his practice on advising clients in the life sciences sector, including the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices industries, as well as in the telecommunications sector.
