Andrea Borucki is responsible for global patent and general legal attorneys at Dow AgroSciences, an innovator of biotechnology and chemical solutions in the agricultural sector. She has worked for the company for almost 25 years since starting her career at Dow in 1992.

Dow provides a variety of products and services to meet the needs of its customers through research with strategic partners. The company aims to bring “breakthrough and sustainable solutions” to the industry.

Borucki is responsible for the development and implementation of IP legal strategies for protecting innovations, as well as freedom to operate. She is also in charge of Dow’s China business.

Her areas of focus include patents, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, contracts, anti-counterfeiting, re-examinations, oppositions, nullities and litigation.
