Eduardo Andretto is the general counsel at Fibria Celulose, a Brazil pulp and paper company which specialises in the cultivation of forests as renewable and sustainable sources of life.

At Fibria Celulose, Andretto leads a legal team of more than 30 people which he was responsible for gathering himself. With Andretto leading the department, his team assists the company with innovative and progressive solutions related to projects and litigation.

He originally joined Votorantim Industrial SA (holding company of Votorantim Group) in January 2009. Following his arrival he was involved with the merger of Votorantim Celulose e Papel SA and Aracruz Celulose forming Fibria Celulose. It was at this point, in May 2010, that Andretto was asked to oversee all legal matters at the newly merged company.

Until 2008, Andretto was legal manager and international legal advisor at Adeo, a French holding company. He received his degrees from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord (EDHEC), and EDHEC Business School.
