7 July 2014 An ex-employee for a large Chinese seed production company has been arrested in the US for conspiring to steal trade secrets from US agricultural companies including Monsanto.
14 January 2014 The US Supreme Court has refused to hear the Organic Seed Growers and Trade Association’s case against Monsanto, along with two other patent cases as revealed in a document released on January 13.
