Abe & Partners makes two promotions

Japan-based Abe & Partners has promoted Michiko Kinoshita as partner and Tomohiro Kazama as counsel.

Kinoshita and Kazama both focus their practice on patent litigation in the pharmaceutical space.

Abe & Partners is currently involved in patent litigation between brands, and brand versus generic disputes.
