BakerHostetler hires counsel in New York

Law firm BakerHostetler has hired Wanda French-Brown as a counsel in the firm’s patent litigation team in New York.

French-Brown joins from law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed, and has experience in patent infringement litigation. She has represented clients in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

John Weber, chair of the firm’s IP group, said: “As we continue to build our ANDA practice, Wanda’s ten years as a practising pharmacist in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries is the kind of experience we’re looking for—we’re thrilled she’s joining our team.”
