Carpmaels & Ransford hires life sciences specialists

Law firm Carpmaels & Ransford has hired David Wilson and Jake Marshall as partners in the firm’s patent litigation and life sciences practices.

Wilson joins from law firm Herbert Smith Freehills and Marshall joins from Arnold & Porter.

Wilson’s experience includes patent litigation for clients in the chemical industry, while Marshall focuses his practice on IP licences.

Jennifer Antcliff, who previously worked at pharmaceutical company Actavis, has also been hired as a senior associate.
