Fitzpatrick promotes three to partner

Intellectual property law firm Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto has appointed Susanne Flanders, Natalie Lieber and Dennis McMahon as partners in the firm.

Flanders’ (pictured left) patent litigation practice focuses on biotechnology, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

She works on litigation arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Lieber (pictured below, left) has experience with all aspects of patent litigation in the federal courts, IPR proceedings at the USPTO, and International Trade Commission investigations.

She works across a broad range of technologies from pharmaceuticals and consumer products to electronics, telecommunications, and network technology.

McMahon (pictured below, right) practises general IP law, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He has experience representing clients in a variety of technologies, ranging from consumer electronics to pharmaceuticals.

“Susanne, Natalie, and Dennis are each extremely talented attorneys who have contributed tremendously to our firm. We are proud to call these admirable lawyers our partners,” said Dominick Conde, partner and member of the management committee.
