Fox Rothschild adds three partners in New York

Law firm Fox Rothschild has hired Patrick Birde, Deborah Somerville and Christopher Glynn as partners in the firm’s intellectual property practice.

They join from law firm Kenyon & Kenyon.

Birde’s experience includes strategic portfolio development and patent disputes.

Somerville focuses her practice on the management of IP rights and has represented clients in the chemical and medical devices industries.

Glynn has experience in inter partes reviews and patent re-examinations.
