Kramer Levin expands life sciences practice with two hires

Law firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel has hired life sciences attorneys Brian Slater (pictured below, left) and Gregory Sephton (pictured below, right).

Slater and Sephton, who are both patent litigators, join the firm’s New York office as partners from intellectual property firm Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto.

Paul Pearlman, managing partner at Kramer Levin, said: “Brian and Greg both have long records of success litigating patent issues for many top biotech and pharmaceutical companies.”

The appointments mark the second expansion of the firm’s life sciences practice in six months. Patent litigator Christine Willgoos joined the firm in October last year.
