Nutter adds life sciences lawyer to Boston office

Life sciences lawyer Lana Gladstein has joined US law firm Nutter McClennen & Fish’s intellectual property practice as partner.

Gladstein (pictured left), who joins the firm’s Boston office from US law firm Pepper Hamilton, has 15 years of experience working with life sciences companies. She specialises in strategic IP use in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

Her practice also includes handling patent litigation and providing guidance on product exclusivity.

Gladstein said it was “an honour” to be part of Nutter’s team.

Nutter’s managing partner Deborah Manus said Gladstein brings legal expertise that is “highly valued by clients”.
