Law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe has added Richard DeLucia, Elizabeth Gardner, Antony Pfeffer and Patrick Herman to the firm’s patent litigation group in New York.
All four join from US-based law firm Kenyon & Kenyon.
DeLucia, a partner, has experience in patent, trademark, and copyright infringement cases.
Gardner, who also joins as a partner, has experience representing clients in the electrical, medical and pharmaceutical industries.
Pfeffer, another partner, focuses on patent and trade secrets litigation and Herman, who joins as of counsel, specialises in patents and has led successful inter partes review petitions.
