Schiff Hardin hires life sciences specialist

Law firm Schiff Hardin has added a life sciences specialist as a partner in its intellectual property group.

John Hsu (pictured left) joins from law firm Winston & Strawn and will be based in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

Hsu has experience in pharmaceutical litigation and has represented generic drug manufacturers in patent litigation.

Steve Hankins, head of Schiff Hardin’s IP group, said: “John’s addition is another important strategic step in the continued growth of our IP practice.”
