Taylor English hires litigator in Atlanta

US law firm Taylor English has added Kelly Mullally to its intellectual property practice in Atlanta.

Mullally (pictured left), a litigator specialises in resolving patent conflicts, as well as developing trademark and trade secrets strategies.

She has represented clients in sectors including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and cosmetics.

Jeffrey Kuester, chair of the firm’s patent practice, said: “With the addition of Kelly, our firm is well situated to assist in providing clients with senior-level counsel for IP litigation and post-grant proceedings at the US Patent and Trademark Office.”
