Law firm BakerHostetler has hired Benjamin Hsing as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property group in New York.
Hsing joins from Kaye Scholer and has experience in patent rights, with a particular focus on counselling clients in the life sciences industry. He is also a former patent examiner at the US Patent and Trademark Office.
George Stamboulidis, managing partner of the firm’s New York office, said: “We’re excited to welcome Ben to the New York office and his unique background and exemplary trial skills will further strengthen our national IP group.”
