US law firm Haynes and Boone has expanded its intellectual property practice by hiring two partners.
John Bateman and Whitney Remily both join from US law firm Kenyon & Kenyon.
Bateman has experience litigating patent disputes and focuses on agrochemicals, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Remily focuses on transactional work in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and diagnostics industries.
David Harper, head of the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice, said: “We are very fortunate that Whitney and John have agreed to lend their considerable talents.”
