Life sciences partner joins Quarles & Brady

US-based law firm Quarles & Brady has expanded its life sciences team with the addition of a new partner.

John Coulby joins the firm’s IP practice group at the Washington, DC office.

He specialises in litigation and has experience in patent prosecution in the life sciences sector. He also has experience working within the industry as a molecular biologist.

Quarles & Brady was established more than 120 years ago and also has offices in Chicago, Phoenix and Tampa. In May, LSIPR’s sister title, WIPR, reported on the opening of another new office in Indianapolis.
