Kathleen Carr is a director in Fennemore’s IP practice group, where she focuses on IP and commercial litigation. She uses trial and litigation experience to advise and represent clients across a wide range of disputes involving patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Carr has led trial teams in high-stakes Hatch-Waxman pharmaceutical patent litigation involving both multimillion- and multibillion-dollar matters. Her experience includes pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, mechanical devices, and various industrial and information technologies. She also has experience in post-grant proceedings, including inter partes review, and has achieved favorable outcomes for clients in contested patent matters.
