Ropes & Gray promotes two

US-based law firm Ropes & Gray has promoted two to partner roles in its life science practice in New York.

Hassen Sayeed and Ying Li are among 20 new promotions to partner positions within the firm.

Sayeed is a patent litigator and has represented pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Li specialises in patent-related IP matters and litigates for companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector.
