Top pharma, biotech, and medtech experts to gather at LSPN Fall

LSIPR is gearing up for the 5th annual LSPN North America Fall Conference, starting October 21, in San Francisco, California.

LSIPR’s fifth annual LSPN North America Fall conference returns to San Francisco next week, with more than 50 speakers discussing key patent challenges across pharma, biotech, and medtech.

The conference, which takes place October 21-22 at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, will bring together over 200 attendees to address issues like patent eligibility, prosecution strategies, and global portfolio management.

This year’s programme focuses on the sector’s most pressing challenges, including AI-generated inventions, antibody patent protection, and the impact of recent policy changes on drug development.

And LSIPR will be covering it all, reporting live from the event, bringing exclusive coverage of the panel sessions.

Speakers include Raymond Doss, associate general counsel for IP and litigation at Amgen, Reena Bajpai, senior counsel at Gilead Sciences, Sanjesh Sharma, assistant general counsel for patents at Johnson & Johnson, David Goetz, senior patent attorney at Novartis, and BC Moore, director of global IP at Illumina.

Panel sessions will cover:
