Bayer, Meda sue Apotex over nasal spray

Bayer Healthcare and drug importer Meda Pharmaceuticals have sued generic manufacturer Apotex, alleging that its planned generic nasal spray infringes on Bayer’s Astepro (azelastine) patents.
