Law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has welcomed back Robert Dailey to its Winston-Salem, North Carolina office.
Dailey has rejoined the firm after serving as an intellectual property counsel at an early-stage biotech company for the past three years.
He will now serve as counsel in the firm’s chemistry and life sciences team in the intellectual property department.
He is a registered patent attorney, focusing on patent prosecution and counselling, and has experience in the speciality chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceutical, and medical industries.
Charles Calkins, co-chair of Kilpatrick Townsend’s chemistry and life sciences team, said: “Rob is a wonderful addition to the firm and we are thrilled to welcome him back to the Winston-Salem office.”
