Life Sciences Patents Network Europe 2016: Video interview with Sven Bostyn, University of Liverpool

“The regulatory system has to be amended,” says Sven Bostyn of the University of Liverpool, when talking about second medical use patents at the Life Sciences Patents Network Europe 2016, hosted by LSIPR in London.

He explains that there is a split between the regulatory system and the patent system and that the two do not seem to be in agreement with each other.
