Fed Circ refuses to rehear Insulet’s $59.4m trade secret loss

A panel rejected the Omnipod maker’s request for a rehearing in its trade secrets dispute with South Korean insulin pump maker EOFlow, leaving in place a ruling that overturned a $59.4 million damages award and raising questions over the three-year statute of limitations under the DTSA.
