Gendzwill, who joins the firm as a member, focuses his practice on patent-related matters including client counselling, portfolio strategy and management, US and foreign patent preparation/prosecution, and post-grant proceedings.
His practice spans a range of technologies with a focus on the chemical and life sciences industry, as well as mechanical and biomechanical engineering, nanotechnology, physics, composite materials, and medical devices.
Jonathan Grossman, Cozen O’Connor’s office managing partner of the Washington, DC office, said: “Patent preparation/prosecution and global counselling is a fluid and frequently-evolving landscape that requires the deep-seated skills and experience that Jeff and Keith bring to the practice.”

His practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications, counselling clients on issues regarding the patentability of inventions, patent rights in foreign countries, and the infringement and validity of US patents.
