Non-profit sues Cambrex over anticancer drug manufacturing trade secrets

Bauer Research Foundation has alleged that the CDMO misappropriated its confidential manufacturing know-how related to NO-Cbl, an anticancer drug candidate in the pre-clinical/translational stage of development for potential human use.
