Lathrop & Gage hires life sciences specialist in Boston
Law firm Lathrop & Gage has hired Alan Steele as a counsel in its intellectual property practice group in Boston.
Steele focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications in the biotechnology, immunology, chemistry and pharmaceutical industries.
He is also a named as a co-inventor on several US and foreign patents.
Giulio DeConti, chair of the firm’s IP division, said: “Alan’s knowledge and extensive medical background will add further depth to our biotech and life science practices.
