Accord’s generic hopes dashed in cyanide antidote ruling

Efforts to bring a generic cyanide poisoning treatment to market have suffered a setback after a US judge rejected challenges to three patents and criticised the drugmaker’s interpretation of the treatment’s chemical composition.
