UPC: First decisions on merits are ‘testimony to judges’ tight case management’

The Unified Patent Court’s first decisions from the first instance divisions—with healthcare-related subject matter predominating—have been made within weeks of the first anniversary of the UPC opening for litigation cases. Darren Smyth of EIP examines the details.
